Board Room Wall Panel & Cabinet Notes:
- Council Meeting Mode:
- It bypasses both wall panels, but you can divide room from cabinet panel
- Cameras only in use when it’s in Council Mode – if they want to plug in, overhead speakers should work with HDMI wall plate or cabinet cables
- Cabinet cables are solely for the Council, others should use HDMI wall plate or ScreenBeam
- You can adjust the camera from Cabinet Panel
- There are Preset Camera Views
- Default Mode:
- Based on what mode you select when you initially power on the system:
- Choose either ScreenBeam/HDMI – automatically points to ScreenBeam, but you can select HDMI from the Wall Panel
- There is a combine/uncombined on Wall Panel
- Volume goes through overhead speakers for HDMI & ScreenBeam
- Board Room A/V System: nightly sleep mode, that will be refreshed to Default settings in the morning.
- Based on what mode you select when you initially power on the system:
- Can you combine from either wall panel? Yes!
- However, if you’re in Council Meeting Mode, it will prevent accidental shut off from a Wall Panel. This is a failsafe to prevent interruption during Council Meetings.
- Aux Room/Board Room was changed to => [Board Room 1 & 2]
- Power Configuration – Control Panel > Properties > Additional Power
- This is for determining USB Power has not turned off
- System Auto shut-off at 10:30pm
- Wall Panel System Shutdown:
- Hit [Off] on the wall panel for shutdown
- Hit [Yes] to confirm
