Good morning, this guide will walk you through enabling camera access on our Chromebook 11 G6 EE models if Camera Access is disabled.

Step By Step Guide
Step 1: Sign into the chromebook you or the student is using. (if a student needs to use the camera, you will need to temporarily sign in using your staff account. Webcam websites are blocked for students.)
Step 2: Launch Google Chrome and Search 'Webcam Test'. (See attached screenshot below)
Step 3: Select the top link 'https://webcamtests.com'
Step 4: Select 'Click here to allow access to webcam identifiers'. (See attached Screenshot below.)
Step 5: A box will appear on in the upper left corner. Select 'Allow this time'
Step 6: Select 'Test my cam'
Step 7: When the test is finished, sign out of the chromebook. The camera should now be fully functional.
It is a lengthy process, but unfortunately this is the only workaround until we have an update from google.
